At Our Love, each piece is meticulously crafted with devotion. We maintain a strict no-refund policy upon product sale. However, if you encounter sizing issues or notice imperfections, we facilitate size exchanges or minor alterations. Please take note that we do not facilitate exchanges for a different item and it can only be exchanged once.

 

How to Exchange:

Simply reach out to us within a week of product delivery via email to shop@ourlove.in, including order details and images of the purchased product. Our team will respond within 1-2 working days, guiding you through the exchange process. They may request additional photos or information for assessment, and your cooperation in providing this is appreciated.

Please be aware that any shipping costs associated with returning the garment to us are the responsibility of the customer. Please be mindful that garments exhibiting signs of wear cannot be considered for exchanges or returns. 'Our Love' holds the right to thoroughly inspect the product's condition and make a decision on the exchange eligibility based on our assessment.
